- On July 27, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Carlos A. Mairena Martinez, 34, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on North Broad Street in Peekskill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On July 27, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Benjamin A. Solnick, 23, of White Plains, for DWI.
